1. Digital Product
PulseSignal is a digital product delivered as instant access to an indicator. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within [e.g. 7] days of purchase if:
- You have not been able to access or set up the Indicator despite following our setup guide and contacting our support, and
- The issue is on our side and cannot be resolved.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful access and setup.
- Dissatisfaction with trading results (the Indicator is an educational tool and does not guarantee profits).
- Violation of our Terms of Service, such as sharing access.
- Requests made after the refund window has passed.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email earnandgrowmoney@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [e.g. 5–10] business days.
5. Subscriptions
You can cancel renewals anytime before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current active period unless covered above.
